When will you ship my order?

Your order will ship within 5 business days of your order. Shipping times vary by location and method of shipping used. 

Tracking shows delivered but nothing showed up?

Please reach out to your post office first to ensure it was in fact delivered to the correct location. If it was, file a police report for stolen mail and then contact me with a photo of the report. 

If it was not delivered to the correct location, please reach out to me and I can file a case with the post office.

I need to change the shipping address. 

If your order has already shipped, I can not change the address. NO refunds will be given and NO replacements will be sent. 

If your order has not shipped, I can change the address. 

Please double check the shipping address to ensure it does ship to the correct location. 

Order arrived damaged. 

Please contact me via email at milkbathco@yahoo.com with photo evidence of the broken item. I will then replace the broken item or issue store credit.

Returns and Exchanges.

No refunds or exchanges can be made due to the nature of the products. If you have an issue with the item, please reach out to us through email. 

Order Cancelations. 

No cancelations will be accepted. All sales are final. Please double check all order information prior to submitting your order.
